The certification confirms that our organization has a qualified and competitive management, according with ISO 9001:2000.
IQ Management has obtained the recognition of it's Quality Management System by a new certification according with ISO 9001:2000.
By it's own quality policy, IQ Management is assuming the engagement to understand and to solve the current and the next client's application. The quality policy is based on four elements generating our success:
taking care of the clients
taking care of the quality of the services
taking care of the employers
coming true the financial objectives of the company, needed for solving the other means.
The leadership of IQ Management gives a great attention to the own quality policy, a constitutive part of the company policy. Vying with a lot of company provided services, especially IT&C services, we must offer high quality products. Therefore, the mission of our organization is to accomplish services in: project management, informational management, administration management, consultancy and business management, to obtain in this way a great satisfaction from our clients and to develop and to increase the company profit.
We aims to accomplish this mission by satisfied the requirement, maintaining and upgrading the efficiency of the Quality Management System, according with SR EN ISO 9001:2001.
The process that our organization develops according with ISO9001:2000 are structured into three big categories containing one ore many procedures of the quality system:

Certification ISO 27001To ensure a high degree of safety information and own resources and those entrusted to the company's customers and partners, IQ Management has implemented the Information Security Management System according with the ISO/IEC 27001:2005 Standard; the company was certified in 2007.
Implementing the Information Security Management System aimed at improving the technical and administrative methods to protect information to ensure the customers, partners and the staff of the company, existing security controls, according to the international standards, applicable laws and updated contractual agreements.
As a developer, integrator, implementer and operator of the National Registration and Identification System of the Animal, IQ Management has allocated additional resources to maximize economic and technical level of security in the entire organization, equipment and solutions using the latest IT security and management personnel exclusively dedicated to this sensitive area.
